NEZAJ SOLUTIONS

Nezaj Solutions was founded in 2019 when our founder and CEO Zamir Nezaj saw that there was a need for competent manpower in the area. Since then, the company has continued to grow and strengthen its place on the labor market in the region, especially in the Jakobstads, Pedersöre, and Larsmo regions.

Thanks to satisfied customers who come back, we have been able to safely develop our services and are today 3-4 people who work with recruiting and training manpower for both companies and private individuals who are in need of competent workers. We are passionate about what we do and are proud to be able to welcome and offer manpower from not only the Balkans but also other regions around Europe and integrate them into the Finnish labor market. "I moved to Jakobstad from Albania in 2008, where I had studied at university level in Tirana, and since moving to Finland have worked for 10+ years in, among others, the boat and composite industry. In 2019, I thought it was time to do something new and since I saw a need for   manpower in the industry I decided to start my own business and put my whole heart into it. Nezaj Solutions has been going well and I am really happy with what we have achieved ! When I'm not working (which is kind of a lot to be honest), I spend time with my wife and two kids."
